This transport ASR summarizes the current state of the Indonesian transport sector and identifies a preferred strategy and road map to guide development of specific ADB transport sector assistance during the period 2012\u20132015. The ASR is based on the specific needs of Indonesia, drawn from a review of studies and other documents, as well as direct consultations with officials of the Government of Indonesia and other development partner agencies. The ASR is consistent with ADB\u2019s Strategy 2020: The Long-Term Strategic Framework of the Asian Development Bank 2008\u20132020 and ADB\u2019s Sustainable Transport Initiative. The ASR provides the basis for further sector dialogue between the government and ADB in transport sector programming and coordination with development partners.<br \/>\n\u3000\u3000This ASR covers the transport sector in Indonesia, but focuses on roads and strengthening domestic connectivity to enhance inclusive growth.
