However some users sent false information by wrong operation and in the previous study, it became clear that several problems were occurred by operation mistake. Four years passed since last questionnaire survey, the environment surrounding AIS changed significantly. For example, it was changed to input by three letter code that the destination port in JAPAN. Therefore we carried out questionnaire survey for navigator to investigate the intelligibility and the utilization, and we researched the problems between four years ago research and present one.
